Frequently asked questions
What if the sea is rough?
If the weather doesn't allow us to go out safely, your charter will be moved to another available day or you'll get a full refund.
What do I need to secure my charter?
We only ask for a small deposit to reserve your date and boat. The balance is settled on the day.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer, cheque and debit or credit cards.
Can I change my booking?
Of course. Plans change on holiday, and we'll do our best to help. As long as the new date is available, we can move your booking.
Can we bring children on board?
Yes. Safety is our highest priority. Every boat carries life jackets for all guests, and we recommend each child has their own well-fitting life jacket to wear at all times.
Do I need travel insurance?
All our boats are fully equipped and insured, but we strongly recommend travelling with your own travel insurance.
